Magacasino Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

📜1. General Terms

Magacasino is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Magacasino and its users. These Terms are effective from the date of their most recent update.

• You must comply with these Terms in order to use Magacasino's services.
• These Terms & Conditions apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Magacasino reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.
• Magacasino complies with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and expects all users to do the same.

👤2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Magacasino, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. Your date of birth must be entered accurately at registration.
• Single Account: Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method, action will be taken.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Corporate Account: Magacasino may not be used for commercial purposes. Registration is for personal use only.

💳3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Magacasino can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 8–30 seconds. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Only use a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name for deposits. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Magacasino does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed, but the balance can be withdrawn.

🏦4. Withdrawal Policy

Magacasino has a clear policy on withdrawing winnings. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum is ৳2,00,000 per day (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You must submit photos of both sides of your National ID or passport.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Pay.
• Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours. During KYC verification, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, Magacasino reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

🎁5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Magacasino offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance is mandatory:

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum wagering of 15x must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Regular members may receive a deposit bonus each week. Full terms and conditions are available on the promotions page.
• Cashback: Cashback on losses is generally awarded as a bonus, not as direct cash.
• Combining Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account closure.

⚽6. Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on Magacasino. General betting rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used if available.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, Magacasino reserves the right to void that bet or adjust the odds accordingly.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final.
• Magacasino is not liable for any betting interruptions caused by technical issues.

🚫7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Magacasino. Violations will result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their permission.
• Exploiting platform bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users or staff.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or playing on someone else's behalf.

🔒8. Privacy & Data Protection

Magacasino treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. Regarding how your information is used:

• Your registration information is used solely for account management and KYC verification.
• Your personal information is never sold or rented to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation.

You may request to close your account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, your account will be closed once the withdrawal has been processed.
